Blocked toilets

Any advice? Toilets blocked again! Toilet floor covered in waste,frequently now every month,how should we deal with it in our office,as health and safety is top of Royal mails list apparently? Refuse to work???

Ha!! Sorry yep done that and he got right onto it!! Sort off,I knew it would happen again cos he said its sorted last time?? Reported Thursday still not fixed,it's a shithole.but have you done your employee survey he says,obviously not I replied,as your still employed here I said!!!

Unfortunately seen as a way to protest against management, along with graffiti. Only doesn't affect managers at all who can use their own toilet. Only affects the rest of us and the cleaners. Maybe the reason why someone shat in the mail centre gym shower, and two separate casuals were seen to take a shite in the car park at night over Christmas !

I would imagine that it can only be reasonable for you to be allowed the time ... no matter how long that is to use the nearest toilet, be it the "managers toilet" or for the managers to make arrangements for you to use another businesses facilities or for you even to be able to go home and comeback as a last resort.

Manager simply not interested,we just put up with and moan,like we do about everything that's wrong in this job!!
