Can a manager change a floaters duty 2 days before and make him do it even if he has prior engagement

As long as it's the same start and finish times yes buy if not he should only ask as is supposed to give reasonable notice of a change of working hours though there is no official definition of reasonable, but again as long as start and finish times don't change he can even do it on the same day or even half way through ips
just make sure postie knows the cutting off procedure
