what is the ruling please on the ETE payments please

Good afternoon , they are shutting our office down in less than 6 weeks time , and we are being moved 12 miles away , now with the repositioning of the office and the re construction of our duties , no word on the actual ETE has popped up until our 1 to 1 's next week .Now I just need some confirmation before we might get fobbed off about what we are entitled to and how when we are entitled to it . We have been told we get it quarterly in advance , others have said we can have 2 years in advance .So I am just after some advice and knowledge that I can pass onto my colleagues for clarification. Most of us have a car but others don't or we have a car but need another what with the first car having to used by the spouse ,The quarterly option has no appeal to those who need a car because it wont cover the cost of getting another one . Our office moved last year, and half of the office still haven't been paid.
Our options were paid all 3 years money in one go, but you get taxed on that.
Paid weekly in your wages
I took the option of 6 payments every six months- no tax
