Access to sick records

Post by dan80 »

I have asked my manager if I can have a print off of my sick record to date. I want to check my absences as I feel that some of the dates may be incorrect. I was recently on the sick for a couple of days, after having returned to work for more than 3 weeks a deputy manager told me he couldn't put my overtime in for me as I was still on sick leave!! I told him when u returned to work and he said he would sort it. The DOM is now back at the unit but is refusing to give me details of my sick record off PSP. Is he allowed to stop me seeing this? Any help please
