Hi. Can any CWU rep inform me. If I transfer from mail centre processing, to MGV or LGC grade distribution. Would I lose this reserved right payment. Which I presumed was payable for rest of my career. Provided I was still performing operational grade/uniform grade duties.

If you transferred to MGV grade your grade should become MVR which means you wold will receive EX PHG reserved rights.
If you transferred to Network/ logistics I think you loose your reserved rights.

Thanks for swift response. would like to see the way forward agreement which I think stated PHG pay was for life for any operational grade duties. Also the 2007 agreement. To see if there is a clause which takes this payment away.
