Parcels are the future of this company yet they are treated like a 3rd class item. Mail always comes first, which is completely backwards, when you consider what customers would rather have.

I expect they're same bloody ones that sit on their computers all day in their PJs ordering Crap for Crap sake....BUT can't be assed to get up and answer the door. Either shouting after you once you've filled the 739 in, or chasing you down the street with it!

I just know it's going to be "Docket Time" when I hit an estate at 0900 because they're all driving their little darlings to school....1000m away! I keep telling them, "Make some arrangement about where you want parcels left or who is going to sign for them"! Might as well talk to yourself. Thick Cows!

We are seeing a few more parcels going round in circles with the sorting machines picking out the return address instead of the intended destination, seems the only way to stop it is to put a few pen strokes through the return address

Strangely light on parcels this week....which makes a change. Apparently Amazon has started to contract out their "Delivered Scanned" packets to several of our postcodes, so that may account for some of it. We're still getting them for the Deep Rurals so they obviously don't want to go too far off the beaten track?

Ironically the parcels we try to deliver aren't getting delivered. Mostly due to No-one being in and No Safe Place

This tends to make a lie to statements such as "All our Customers expect to receive their parcels promptly the next day" and "Our Customers need to access our system much later to ensure their customers get their parcels the next day"!
