gale force winds tomorrow

so ive just looked at the forecast for my region tomorrow, 64 mph winds with gusts 70-80mph... is this safe to be walking around in ?
are there any set standards for this ? im guessing not, but does anyone know at what speed wind becomes "unsafe" ?

Things don't sound pretty outside in my area (rural Wales). There'll be warnings in the office about 3 points of contact when opening doors, watch for fallen trees etc. Not sure of other measures...

NO warnings in our office about falling trees, branches, or van doors being blown into you from the open position.
