How do you find out someone starting date in royal mail ? they transferred in to a new office 8 years ago but worked in the over office for 10 years does all this count
as one service ? am sure it does but need calcification

Just get them to call hr, they will be able to tell them their start date, as long as there was no break of service the total time counts for seniority, for annual leave purposes the total time counts even if there is a break of service
