On going back problems IHR possible? B/H?

Please any help with the following I am trying to deal with at work would be very much appreciated.
For nearly over 2 years now I have been suffering with a ongoing medical problem with my lower back,finally last year I was diagnosed with a bulging disc and nerve damage in my lower back.
I have be referred at least 4 times now to OH/ATOS which we have always come to a agreement of returning to work on rehab,but time and time again I have been " forced" into going back onto a full duty before I am ready and against medical advise by my doctor and specialist due to two very uncaring managers.
I have paid out of my own pocket for treatment,had injections in my back last year from my surgeon and only just getting physiotheapry from the NHS this year.
The reason for me going back onto my van duty against medical advice is that managers have threatened me with my rota day off being changed to Tuesday's,yet there is another person on rehab in the same office who has never been told this!
When I approached the manager about this matter and said that I had now got the union involved and I had also spoken to Citizens Adivce about the matter he got very offensive towards me,and came out with "that I had it easy for the last 10 months" and although I was doing my post round but not a full duty( part of the agreement was that I didn't do the parcels for the HCT for around the village) I could b made to take Tuesday off again!
This all resulted in me going home that morning very upset and in tears and Mage to feel like I'd done wrong!
I cannot carry on like this,it's effecting my health,life at home,marriage.
I am scared to go sick now as I am worried I will b dismissed.
From my point of view I feel I am being intimidated,bullied and harassed,some please help me.

Stick a grievance in against him let him feel the same he can kick a horse when it's down why not the horse kick the donkey and let his masters judge him.
