Dear Colleagues

Royal Mail Group - ERICA Accident Reporting System - Temporary Shutdown 18:00 on 2nd February until 13:00 on 4th February:

Royal Mail Group have informed the Health, Safety and Environment Department that due to some essential maintenance work being undertaken by their I.T. Division, the ERICA Accident Reporting System and People Finder System will be shut down and unavailable from: 18:00 on 2nd February until approximately 13:00 on 4th February.  
 
During the temporary shut down all Accidents should be recorded manually/locally until ERICA is back on line, at which point the details will need to be entered onto the ERICA system.

In relation to Major injuries/Possible Major injuries, these should be immediately phoned through to the ARC team on 01902 877282.
