could someone tell me what the agreement is in relation
to swapping roles with someone at another office.

What do you mean by role swapping? If you mean simply swapping positions with a person in a diffence office it's not that simple for example if you are wanting to transfer to a new office and someone else wants to go the other way, if they are on a full time contract then that full time contract should be offered internally in that office before a transfer in gets the chance of it, and vice versa your ft contract should be offered in your office before a transfer in
