hello ,

we have asked for a representative from CWU to come over to FRESHWATER ,ISLE OF WIGHT , on a numerous occasions , , as we don't have a union rep here on the island to represent us ..and alas we have heard nothing at all from him ..we have a few duties that don't work and namely 1 called ALUM BAY that lasts for 7 hours max ...and that is just for delivery ,and he is getting out at 10 am /11 am .. , we are doing deliveries in the dark !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!we feel we are left out from the union , all of our walks do not work, they don't work !!!! we pay our subs , and feel so isolated , all we want is help please ..and we are so so short staffed too...thankyou

Easy. Pick the angriest, ugliest person in your office and elect them as rep. Refuse to work over your time (you all need to agree to this) and bring the undelivered stuff back when your time is up. The problem then become's the DOM's who will weep down the phone during a conference call to his boss, who will release funds to employ more people in the New Year.

Job Done. :confused

Post your query on the cwu faceache page...
https://www.facebook.com/groups/Communi ... kersUnion/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You may have to keep bumping it as there is a load of s**t on there at times.

Not deaf ears, this is neither an official RM or Union website so its highly possible they haven't seen it.

If you aren't getting joy from Area, then climb the ladder till you get to to HQ.

I can understand why it took a Rep so long to 'travel from the Mainland' - have you seen The Wicker Man?!
