Hi everyone.. My husband asked about his rest day for next week and told there are no rest days for anyone next week as he wont be in on Friday and Saturday.
Is this correct? Thanks

If that's the case then he should get a lieu day added to his annual leave

Depends. If he has fixed or rotating day off then his rest day will the same as usual.
if he is a reserve or has no fixed day off (not including rotating) then the bosses may try to get him to have saturday off. However, if they give all the reserves Saturday off then his rep needs to start some negotiating with the managers because it is unfair.
