I sell vinyl records as a hobby (have done for 20 years) and I must say that packaging was s**t. I don't put Do Not Bend on mine because it woild be nigh on impossible to do.

Why isn,t the envelope and and the piece of card inside it not bent as well' that looks very suspicious to me. :hmmmm

Looks like a smash hit there then a cracker of a record if it was properly packaged in the first place he may have had some recourse why do they send LP's in brown envelopes without putting in plastic sheets to protect them and then bubble wrap but hay ho we just do the cheep o chips and have ago at royal mail get a life and some bubble wrap and some plastic sheets or shut the f**k up!

And me, You have to bend a vinyl LP quite hard to snap it, and the envelope/card would surely show more damage than that.

Although I'm not in the habit of trashing customers mail, I also treat those "Fragile" taped parcels with a pinch of salt. I reckon half the time the packers just run out of normal tape and pick up the fragile one. :hmmmm

I had a parcel with just two 7 tonne shackles in it ........ and it was wrapped up with Fragile Tape FFS! :crazy:
