What happened to this ? It's from the Agenda For Growth 2014

The introduction of new employee incentive arrangements by April 2014.

Yeah, it was a pathetic 'bonus', not surprised you didn't notice it! The extra free shares (given by the govt, not RM by the way) were worth quite a bit more and were given just shortly after the embarrassing RM 'incentive bonus'.

*edit: being OCD, I just looked it up in my wage slips. It was £61 for a full-timer, 26/6/15. I think that the 2015 share allocation was worth £470 odd pounds at time given, so would currently be worth nearly £480.

Is this a yearly bonus now or was it some off? Can't remember what was said at the time
