Knocked off bike on way home...Can i get Union legal advice?

Post by supersharp »

I was knocked off my own private bike by someone opening a car door when i was on the way home from work.

I sustained chest, rib and shoulder injuries...does anyone know if i will be able to get Union legal advice if i need it?
