In short probably lots.

Couple of things you can do.

Write what you wish to say to them down,it can help if your heads needing a crowbar and a plunger to get it out your backside.

Possibly explain the situation and that you are too up and down to be considered safe at work just now.

Do u have a partner,misses,man,mate,dog,budgie?

Sound any issues off them, failing that call breathing space, samaratins, mind etc

See your gp asap if in any doubt you are fit to return to work, you may need medication, counselling etc

Request an oh assist referral

Speak to your rep or trusted colleague and don't attend meetings alone.

Grab a bit of paper and write all the stuff in your head down, sometimes it can help.

Take stock of everything by all means but remember its just a job,not what defines you.

As for management,I hopemim wrong but my experience was ineptitude, bullying, abject stupidity an increase in the bullying.

Read up on the attendance procedure as they may try and shaft you with that.

Record everything and agree and sign nothing untill you are crystal clear on the outcomes.

Hope that helps a bit,I'm ex job now but on the way out they tried to get me to lose it so they didn't have to pay ihr for physical disability.

Whatever you do,dont bottle it up.that can lead to all sorts

Good luck. :thumbup

Aye,our management thought they were on a winner as our rep was "unavailable" when I was going thru this.

They then discovered just how much I had remembered from my time in other jobs lol.

I'm retired now but still can't abide seing the nonsense that weak management get up to.

Never knew a job where you couldn't get a straight answer...
