Did you put it in ERICA or not as Royal Mails sickness policy is draconian at best if it is in system you may have a case you can defend.

You won't necessarily get a warning, the time off will trigger a review and then it's completely at the discretion of your manager whether a warning is issued or not

RM will benefit from having a fitter you back at work after the surgery.
The attendance procedure is not supposed to be punitive.

Holly, it does help if you answer the Questions posed (AOD), as it is corrective it is directly related to the original absense and should be discounted if challenged by a reasonable Rep
