Our office has started to pick next years annual leave and for some reason they've changed the system to suit the guys who have been there the longest. Office isn't that big so it's one list going from top to bottom on seniority in previous years it would go top to bottom for two weeks then the guys at the bottom would choose there second two weeks but this time it's going from top to bottom for two weeks then when reaches the bottom it's going straight back to the top again
This doesn't seem right
What's everyone else's office doing?
Haven't explained it too well haha

Re: next years annual leave
yes it should not be getting done on seniority, if you are not happy then ask the rep to help you lodge a grievance about it or a disagreement about it if a large part of the office are not too happy, our office use a rotating block method, each block rotates and the names within the block also rotate works quite well and fair enough and most importantly completely transparent
