Moving office

Our delivery is a constantly growing estate. It's already too big and is only getting bigger. On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays we end up leaving 2 loops normally. Had another debate with the manager again today which seems to happen every week.
After debate was over I was caught by the DOM to say I was on a short list to go to another office, end of November to Xmas eve. Slightly coincidental the timing of it given that I was leaving loops again. I am only a reserve so can't really say much but I have to get my lad from school and this will muck my wages up going into Christmas. Is there anything I can do if I am 'chosen?' I know they are just basically letting me know who's boss as I won't stay out over time.

You are entitled to be back at your own office at your finishing time,, just leave more in at the other office to allow travelling time,,, and tell them you want a van to go in

pretty sure you can demand to start/finish at your d/o, just tell them you'll be using public transport if they won't give you a van, and don't forget expenses.
think it may also invalidate your insurance unless you've business cover if you do choose to use your own car.

someone should be around later to say for sure & speak to your rep, he should then tell the manager the correct procedure

What if these requests are refused?

Call the ADR (Area Delivery Rep) and watch them kick ass (hopefully). Its in the Flexibility agreement so they have to comply. If they refuse if may even become an unreasonable request.

Manager has still not got back to me, apparently trying to find such agreement or get around it somehow. Feel a bit lost and down by all this so close to Christmas with money Etc, is it frowned upon to put a grievance in against a DOM?
