Wear And tear
has anyone else noticed that since this new way of working was introduced, that the sickness levels have risen? We've had loads off ESP with shoulder and back problems . The job is a lot more physical now , and the amount of boxing in mail and repetition obv takes its toll on you're body .

bound to happen when most deliveries have increased by about 60% on average

Yep, reducing walks by 45 minutes in our office because people can't do it.

A few years in to the new methods, sickness up.Bad backs.worn out knee's, hips, feet etc.Also a few at a time on light duty's, and....RM want to push 6 hour duty as well.

Yes I heard about the SUPER SIX hour delivery working 4 days a week.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

They will Never get anyone to do that length of walk . Unless they are not interested in our health,,,,,
