Is suspending people the RM way?
In our Delivery office we have three people suspended from different activities (delivery , driving) This has happened over the last four or six weeks.
The targets are long serving ( 25 and 27 years in two cases)
Oh dear ; surely their is not an agenda?
we have one of the most bullying DOMS ; who prides himself on grievencies.
Go figure

I asked why I hadn't been suspended 2 weeks ago for a sackable offence (worked my hours) and was told they know longer do it and now keep u in doors
