accident into ditch

A friend of mine had a accident 2 weeks ago where he thought there was enough room to get by a vehicle but ended up in the ditch, he rang work and van was recovered and they brought another van out for him to continue driving. He had the accident on a Monday and then on the Tuesday they suspended him from driving until investigation is done. But find it funny how they actually let him drive a van straight after the accident but then remove driving from him the next day, surley this is wrong?

correct this is wrong, they will, however argue that their decision making is of concern. Alternatively if decision making is of concern theirs is up for challenging too.
