Wilful delay
Gaffa had us at the front of the office this monring. saying because they havn't the staff to cover, any one handing back mail will be classed as wilful delay, Can they do this ???

After taking mail back after working my hours and informing them before I left I might be struggling and trying to phone while on delivery I was taken off delivery and finaly after 2 months they've told me there charging me with wilful delay 2 weeks ago had meeting told will let u know in 3/4 days 2weeks later still waiting lol in total over 2 and half months so far

So long as you follow the correct procedure it most certainly is not wilful delay. Just let them know you will not be able to complete before you go out, also let them know that you do not wish to perform overtime if that is the case, it is then his problem.
