problems with getting mail to delivery office

We start at 6.15am and go up to do IPS at 6.30am and 7.30am to leave the office at 9am ish to have any chance of completing which is practically impossible these days.
Now due to staff shortages these drivers are now AGENCY drivers and turn up 30 to 60 mins late as they get lost etc.
How the hell are we expected to do the job if the mail comes in too late, although I just cut off.
The DOM tries to get us working like Trojans but they can't get the work here in time.
Who's idea was it to get rid of the drivers ??

You're OPG grade, you don't get paid to worry about drivers not getting to the DO on time.

Don't come in early, work at a reasonable pace, take your breaks, don't run round, go home at your finish time. Simple as.

Royal Mail offered early retirement to too many workers, one hell of a lot of full timers have left the business recently, tens of thousands.
