Evening all
a question about DOM support payment.
I have recently had a change of job within RM and am now doing a lot of stuff the DOM used to do ie: RCS and DODR reports etc but also taking on Holiday management as well as Aplus, I am also left in charge of the DO when the DOM is away from the office ( normally delivering a walk in another office.
what qualifies me to be able to get the DOM support money?
Cheers :)

Re: DOM Support
There is no additional payment for dom support, if you are in charge of the office at times you may be entitled to leadership allowance but that may not apply if your dom is just at another office and only a phone call away
