has the rep even tried to fight it? next time get him to put in a stage 1 disagreement if they try to reduce the office hours like this, then follow it through, you may find a different outcome as RM dont want disagreements going all the way through the IR process

the union knows whats happening up and down the country with the fall of full time being made up by part time but dont forget a lot of the leavers have wanted to go so you cant blame the union for this at least they are employing part timers who can work loads of hours
