Dunelm Mags to recently sold addresses

So today I delivered 4 or 5 Dunelm catalogues to houses that have recently been sold.The funny thing was,none of them had names on them only addresses! It got me wondering if they have a deal with RM redirection services to buy details of recently sold properties?

Why buy off RM? Couldn't they pull that info straight off Zoopla for free if they wanted it?

I had one today, same as you with no name but also no number, killed it off because it was for a block of flats.

Maybe a coincidence but one of the flats has recently been sold :shock:

Happens all the time, nothing strange about it. I'm always delivering tat for removal firms and other estate agents to houses that have just gone up for sale. Sold ones get broadband and other deals by the shedload.

Killed one off cos I knew the letterbox was screwed down , don't need the extra weight.
Why are lino's paid full-time ??
