Does this mean we're officially not working? Sorry it's awful quality but it does say 26/12 no deliveries.

no.
it is designated as a non delivery day so they can't claim it back at all.

the same happened a few years ago and no one lost any days pay etc.

They will but they cant, no clawback was agreed back in 2004, and again in 2007

We always have Boxing day off like the rest of the country with pay.Why is the op asking this question? I don't get it!

Its supposed tone my long weekend if I'm still on current round then. Would i get both days back or will they try con me with just one?

Because Boxing day this year falls on a Monday, if the day after Christmas Day: Boxing day falls on a Saturday the bank holiday day off automatically moves to Monday
so if RM and OFCOM didn't agree to the Saturday after Christmas Day being a non working day we would have had Friday off (Christmas Day) then would have had to work normally on Sat (day after Christmas day) and then had the Monday off (Boxing Day) confusing isn't it?

This way we get Fri,Sat,Sun and Monday off

we have this every every few years but in the past when we had four days off after Christmas we had to work the extra hours back but that changed a while back

I think a long weekend isn't too much to ask for. Considering the amount of extra work we're going to be doing on the build up to Christmas! We'll probably end up sleeping through two of those days! :d'oh!

Why is sat 2nd classed as a bank holiday surely Scotland should have the 4th off aswell

on the OFCOM web page - just says an announcement in October. Horse before the cart maybe?

No,Boxing day is Saturday this year not Monday.
