When will we ever learn......Come in on time.....Take your breaks....Don't Feckin' Run. & If you know you can't complete....tell your feckin' DOM....& don't take no sh*t from him/her. It's all down to us at the end of the day, we all want to finish earlier ,but it's costing us ! If only we all act as one in the office, not a lot they can do really.

We have many posties in my office who go as fast as they can to finish the walk to finish early. Sure, everyone wants to finish earlier than their finish time, but some posties in my office believe that all they're doing is proving to management that the walks can be made larger.

And larger they will get, only ourselves to blame. Believe me they don't care. Just do the job properly, it ain't rocket science!

Dom is always saying traffic is down in our office. How is they have extra staff in on o.t most morning. They expect you to go over most days if you refuse ur taken in the office but if you go over and book they say nothing. Surely it's the same just some want to finish on time ? They threaten you with conduct. The latest is forcing you to work through your official break time to make sure your all thrown out so the ones who don't take a break can get away as their moaning about miss sorts and redirections they get late. Place is worse than ever !

Didn't do lapsing all week and was taken into the office on Saturday for "a chat"
I start at my starting time and finish on my finishing time, I don't know what i'm doing wrong.

Shame on you. You know full well you should be coming in early, running round your delivery, not take your breaks etc. Then you would have the time to lapse. Seeing as most of the morons you work with can do it, why can't you ?
