overtime being worked, but not being paid.. there are many other diabolical atrocity being committed by the company..
the elite human beings are destroying its work force, why, i dont know... their agenda is not to make this company a successful one..

Bullying, harassment, paper trail ?
I went to a meeting a while back where (according to Bobby Gee) these issues were raised and put to senior RM management. RM agreed to release all documents about this to the union, unfortunately a significant number of our memebers did not follow up their complaints formally.
I understand some do not want to flag themselves up as trouble makers or the like but as Mr. Gee said the amount of calls and emails to his office/department suggested something was seriously amiss within RM.
RM had facts, the union had hearsay. Now i am not for one minute suggesting the reports recieved at HQ were false just that there was no supporting paperwork or evidence, just what seemed like loads of people saying " yeah that happened to me too".
To show and expose that the bullying and harassment of people is not acceptable and the actions, threats and deeds that go with this we need to support our colleages through what are no doubt very trying, stressful and emotional times for them indeed.
Support comes in many forms, from being an ear to bend to just letting them know you are there for them to being the friend or rep who saw them through this from begining to end and anywhere inbetween.
Point being get it down on paper or encourage your friend to do the same and tell them they are not on their own regardless of the decision that's made.
You might not consider yourself a trade unionist but do you consider yourself a friend.

Emailed her over a week ago now to explain the situation in our do and the general state of the business with walk failings every day and general lack of staff. So far....... No reply!

I dont know how much longer the daily madness in delivery can continue. The stress levels on body & mind are at breaking point & managers are stressed to the max aswell as they are expected to manage an understaffed overworked mess.
Xmas just around the corner will not be fun, im sure dave ward & co are well aware of all the problems.

To me it appears that Moya is being told exactly what she wants to hear hence the lack of responces.
The question is, is what is happening what she is being told and one of the many bricks now coming into place to form her or the "master plan", or is she being told "minor ripple/to be expected with this change/par for the course/nothing to worry about it'll all sort itself out in a matter of months ?

I've now contacted every single department within Royal Mail. I've heard nothing.
