hi just a bit of info , are any reps being involved in the input of these in there offices or are the doms just sticking make shift duty figures , prep times and own collapse plans up and not sticking to agreements between r/m and the cwu Bob Gibson.

traffic figures are populated from historical traffic figures and then processing adjust these on a weekly basis based on their own actual volumes - prep times are then calculated on the proportion/ historical average of mail each duty gets as a total of the unit traffic. This should be reviewed weekly with your rep at the resource meeting.
IWT should only be adjusted by the dom if the on-the-day traffic is below or above forecast - however the new IWT is now a fairly accurate measure

we don't have weekly meetings with dom and no input what so ever in total office traffic and the mail figures he puts up are way below what posties are actually getting on there dutys , also he is still using the summer collapsed dutys , we have pushed it up to the ir framework , but was told because we are the only office who have complain hq will not act on it , don't know where to go from here, members aren't happy.

One assumes that the method for counting the traffic is the same in all the offices in the area.
The ACFs don't vary from office to office do they?
And your mech is machine counted.
So if nobody else is complaining it might just be possible that the count is pretty accurate.
When you have counted your mail, how much of a discrepancy is there between your count and your DOMs?
