There are so many things that slow us down that on paper are not there.

Filling out p739's (only for the customer to be in the whole time)
Waiting to cross a busy road
general public, IE old ladys taking ages to come to the door, and then struggling to use PDA.
Traffic
d2d's prepping and delivering.
having to take 'long' routes whilst using trolleys
deliver to neighbour(s)
having a block of flats that has time accounted for because letter boxes are downstairs, however you have to go to the top to deliver a parcel/get a signature.
slow lifts on blocks which dont have stairs (there are a few where the stairs are out the back yet only a lift for our access)
trade button problems

I don't even attempt "deliver to neighbour" if I'm taking the lapsed bits and know it'll take me to time, they wanted quantity not quality, which they got, but now they want/demand both.
Any questions re failed tracked (ours class them as failures if not dumped anywhere) I'd say I'll leave 1 of the loops in then to add time for this service.

lapsing when its busy getting stuck behind people doing 20 mph tractors etc getting stuck in security at schools people not answering doors when they are in people ordering parcels when theyre always out and they always get a tracked Post offices taking aged to serve you the list goes on

You have to deliver to their front door when you need a signature. This taken from the RM Website
