Same here, held back. But as long as they report it as a failure its okay.

Held back in our office too, loads of people handed loops back before we went out and still booked extended on return as misjudged the amount. Think they are expecting an easy day tomorrow.

Silly amounts of sequenced; way too much manual mail on IPS; not enough IPS hours to sort it all; loads of overtime and/or cut-offs despite several yorks carried over to tomorrow...

And surprisingly enough, none of the scheduled 30mins national standard weekly worktime learning! :shock: :shock: :shock: (just like all but ~6 weeks in 2015)
