With the damning indictment by postcomm that adam crozier agreed the direct access agreement's with TNT/ DHL /UK MAIL/BUSINESS POST / et al ,this man? doesn't deserve the title of CEO he (adam crozier) is the sole reason this once great service is in the mess it is in today head's should roll over this, It is to this end is say OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!!. :cfo

All he had to do when he negotiated these contracts was to charge them the same price as RM charges for their own mailsort, that way RM still has the same revenue coming in as it did before, no matter how much business mail the competitors take off us, but with his superior business intellect Crozier had a cunning plan, TO F**K ROYAL MAIL UP...
