when i applied for my job the description on the rm website said it was over 3 days a week, this was 3 years ago. Ive noticed that if you apply to work for rm today all the adverts say over 6 days with a rotating day off. iam rotared to work 5 days over a part time contract. I know rm can get u to do your hours over as many days as they want but that isnt what i applied for as the advert clearly said 3 day week which a lot of adverts did say that 3 yrs ago. im still a reserve. covermen do the same hours as me over 3 days and i always do 5 short days. where do i stand on this?
