Hello.Do all offices change their managers every 5-6 months or is this only at ours . :hmmmm :hmmmm

Our managers have been there for at least 15 years, some longer. There are swap arounds some times, but eventually most of them come back.

Ours is like a merry go round.
They ship them in they think they are going to change the world.
They realise the office is broke beyond all repair then leave and bring the next lot in.
Lost count of how many we have had in the last few years.

Same as ours TT.But they usually depart after making a bigger f**k up than the previous incumbent :arrrghhh .
