two deliveries on a Saturday

Due to our rural location we get our first vehicle in bout 6am so normally we are off IPS and have frames sorted by around 7.40-7.50,the second vehicle is normally in around 8.20-8-30am so this give us around 40 mins.This is when most of the office takes there breaks.But recently the DOM has decided that on a Saturday when we are prepped after the first they want us to take out some lapsing.About half the office have decided that they are going to do this, get back sort the second and then take there bit of lapsing again,covering the same ground and not bothering about taking a break.But several customers in the lapsed area are now asking why they are getting two deliveries on a Saturday and not any other day of the week.Was wondering if any other office is experiencing this sort of lapsing.

Would be best if we did go back to two deliveries all the week would stop the job going part time,when the second delivery went all those years ago was the beginning of our problems lets do it 6 days a week.

Belfast have 2 dels all the time. BT13 last week were out as late as 635pm ?????? The managers in our unit are awful and spend more time on delivery than they do in the unit, in fact the DSM orders all managers in Tomb Street, Belfast to do delivery work, money and corner cutting all the way.
