Open Question - Has Anyone with any reliable information on the talks currently taking place. Last heard by a LTB, I think it was in MAY 2015 that they were focusing on the 2 year cap maximum on Voluntary Redundancy Payout, and also looking at finding a long term solution to the buy down package ie: paying Tax and NI on it. Our Office is looking to take more hours out by September 2015, plus saving for the next Financial year. Taking into account the optimisation Mail preparation project "Bench Merging" and of course Ofcoms Agenda with the overall effect on future Full-Time Staff numbers, Looking to Reduce Hours or to get out of the job completely, I have done 28 years Service and I am Demoralized :pray

When you say a 2 year cap on VR, I thought the maximum you could get was 2 years pay anyway? I am confused or am I missing something?
