Are bank holidays carried over the same as holidays when you sick ?
Struggling to find any info on this one.

Yes but depends on your duty schedule,ie were u meant to be on duty that day but couldn't as it was a bank holiday.
The screws will act confused.
Check your contract and if u can't find it contact Sheffield.
Also if you've no unit rep ask divisional mate

Unfortunately it's not a simple yes or no answer for this one, we have a statutory right to a minimum of 28 days holiday per year, depending on length of service some of this statutory entitlement is made up of bank holidays, so depending on how many bank holiday credits you are due to get for this leave year they may or may not be entitled to them back
