So finally the majority of the office are starting on time!
Now though the managers aren't best pleased. Flexing has replaced overtime and lapsing has been increased to 1/4 round per can share (1 full loop per person)

It's been let slip the office has massively overspent so the management is trying to claw back (think of their bonuses)

A lot of us would understand if they were honest with us and ask for some support, but to cancel overtime and bully staff to do extra lapsing isn't going to happen. Moral is down and I can quite honestly see a walk out happening very soon.

I imagine this echoes many other offices.
Stick together and look out for each other. We can't continue to be treated in this way

That isnt happening in my office, there are still clowns comming in upto 2 ( yes 2 ) hours early !!, and the idiot runners, its becomming a fecking joke.

There are changes in our office as well. No early start, 20 minutes break a must, and we got to work to our time and Managers wouldn't be allowed to delivery from September. Don't know if it just our office or nationwide. Downside it can make things more difficult for football fans to make 3pm kick off.

They are complete psychopaths if management think the staff can do more work on top of impossible work loads now...

I cant see your problem Weary Just do the job properly and work to your time, They can lapse all they want, but they will soon get bored when you keep cutting off.
I never do OT and rarely do any lapsing at all even at this time of year, I do the job properly and finish on my finish time.
If there are people in your office running or not using the correct delivery methods and they are making time then they deserve to get lapsing. Why would the bosses pay OT if the job can be done in the allocated duty time. I wish they would do this in my office, there are far too many runners that finish 2 hours early in my office.
