lapsing

Post by boogyman »

Just a quick question if anyone can help. We absorb 6 walks in our office. Obviously if you have time to take in your hrs or you book o.t , anyone who didn't take it yesterday because we never had the time to take were punished today if you got back before your finish time and made to stop.
Surely this should be across the board. I ain't got a problem with stopping to my time any day but if the dom is playing silly games then that's me done with working over any day.

And those that completed yesterday on time or went over were allowed to go before their time regardless ?

If so, and you can show it. Clear cut bullying and Harassment

Yes enskied that is correct. Like I said I ain't got a problem with working till my time. Even been over a couple of times this week. Just yesterday was over on our own duties so didn't want to do the lapsing. Management are in my eyes bullying people into doing it.

Stick a grievance in.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
