Absence stage notification

Hello!
I had some time off a few months back for a few weeks from a (in)cident i sustained at work, But i never received except for a return to work interview any other kind of notification off triggering any stages, does that mean if i have to go off again this week for a small period due too a really bad pain i have in my lower back the worst i could be on would be a level 1?

Yes the stages are not dependant on the return to work meeting anyway. But you should still watch the 4 periods or 14 days combined which are he triggers. If you go off sick now for 5 months and you are currently not on any review stages then you should only get a Review 1 warning. This is of course only on the sickness procedure.

So am i write in thinking then if i had been put on a review 1 stage for my previous absence then i would/ should off been notified of this in something seperate too the return to work interview yeah?

so basically i cant b touched if they tried to give me a stage 2 for my current absence? (im only after peace of mind while im off sick)

A stage shouldn't be issued for an accident at work anyway. You may find and if you have a good union rep to fight your corner that they don't issue it

Without full access to your sick record its impossible to say with absolute certainty, but if what you have said here is correct and in all normal cases I would say a stage 1 is the most you would get.
