When did it come Compulsory to Drive at royal mail for future employees

When they changed the recruitment process, however that recruitment process is different for each office because different offices went PARK and Loop at different times. As far as I know we were still hiring no drivers in my DO till fairly recently, but then we are not P&L yet.

However, P&L which kicked of "occasional driving" came about after the 2010BT agreement IIRC.

you are not park n loop yet?...well you learn something every day. I thought everybody was on it now. we have been since October 2010.

We will be soon, but with over 200 duties in the same office (5 post codes) and car parking for may be 20 vans, in a town centre location, and on 3 floors - well the logistics are a little difficult.
