Transferring Offices

Was hoping someone has an idea.
Im trying to get transferred back home to Northern Ireland from England (my DOM is fine with the move).
I have tried to contact a few DSOs that are advertising for staff. But I've either had problems getting contact names and numbers to chat with the DOMs (namely Dromore in County Down & East Belfast), or hit a dead end.
Not sure where to take it next. I really need to get back home as soon as possible, but have been told HR can drag their heels over such matters.
Im currently on a 25hr per week contract, but happy to do more.

Get on a flight and go speak to the DOMs in that office face to face, it's harder to ignore somebody if they're in front of you. : )

Thought of that, seemed a bit drastic. But makes sense and might be my only option. Thanks
