sick pay while on strike

has anyone else been stopped pay for strike days whilst on the sick surely this isn't legal or morale

i rang in 48 hours before the strike on wednesday morning

Go and speak to your union rep, its not legal and they should not have docked your pay if your were on sick or leave (although they have in a lot of cases)
