Any of you people know what the official role and responsibilities are for a Team Leader, or is there a download which I cannot find regarding this.

IS this in Deliveries because although they are coming at some point, as far as I know there is no agreement on their deployment.

No its not on delivery.
We already have two who get the extra money, and one is also a WPC.
I know what a WPC should be doing and already I am being told they can do stuff that is not in their roles.
But I can find out nothing about Team Laders.
