Who can dismiss
Can someone tell me what level manager is able to dismiss at a disciplinary

Having looked at the policy... It would be the second line manager, however if they are not available the meeting must be heard by an alternative manager with the appropriate authority to dismiss.

DM2 level manager usually (or above) hears a level 3 conduct case. Depends on size of unit but it can be your DOM.

a dismissal trained manager, there is no set level they just need to have done the appropriate course

This is the way I believe it to be too. As long as they have been trained and approved to handle dismissals. You will find the information here. But also its worth pointing out to READ the WHOLE POLICY and gain some useful knowledge!
Exactly what I did recently after an unjust stage 1 warning was issued...
