Plus do i have a leg to stand in this??
Some duties are going to be made part-time so re pick will stop halfway through so PT can choose before people that been in RM several years is this the new procedure?
Plus what is the policy in rotating days off are you entitled to a long weekend (by this i mean having a Monday off as well)every 6 weeks or just the saturday??

Both have been covered multiple times. The way forward agreement is in downloads.
There is no agreement mentioning long weekends only Saturdays.
Seniority is senioirty, but with CDVs some system has to be in place to ensure there are enough drivers for each pairing to have at least one. This means sometimes that either duties become unavailable even if not picked, or people get a pick before their seniority would normally allow. This will happen until there are no no-drivers in delivery.
However, whatever happens if you think the system chosen is unfair then get together with a few like minded people and come up with a fairer system. Present it to the Rep dealing with the repick and get a vote on it. Or if the Union is already on side get them to raise a disagreement if no vote has taken place.

we had a revision 18 months ago,,,,and did similar,,,,stopped the pick so part timers go a pick,,,,75% full time....25 % part time...
I was 1 who lost out with a lot of years service,,,managed to get a float duty.
I am senior to all the part time pickers....
still annoys me now,,,but im over it LOL
