Any ideas how much for 17 years service?
Probably had 2 of those off ill,Hence the offer of ill Health.

34 weeks pay plus 12 weeks PILON.

I thin ihr is the same no matter how long you've been there, whereas vr is different according to how many years service and age. A guy at work had been there 20 plus years and got 15k. That's for ihr by the way.

IHR is 33-34 weeks' pay even if only there 6 months. Service time makes no difference other than PILON.

How many years do you qualify for full pilon?. I that's the case then you would get around £15-£16k including 12 weeks pilon.

I'm not sure whether allowances are included but based on basic pay I make it £18,630 + about £3,700 in shares.

It's 12 years service for full 12 weeks pilon. Up to 9 years you get the minimum 9 weeks pilon, 10 years you get 10 weeks, and 11 years you get 11 weeks.

I worked it out that roughly after tax i get £346 (full-time) x 34= £11764, if pilon is untaxed that makes it roughly £400 x by 12 = £4800. Adding the the two together gives you a grand sum of £16564.

I'm not sure why people are are quoting upwards of £21000?. :hmmmm

IHR is tax free.

£405 multiplied by 52 = £18,630. As i say I'm not sure if Delivery Supplements or any other allowances are added.

As people have mentioned above it's not based on 52 weeks but 34 which equals £13770.
